Return Conditions
You can request a return within 30 days of receiving the item. Returned items must meet the following conditions:
The item must be in brand new condition, unused, and unwashed.

The item must be in its original packaging, undamaged and unstained.

All tags and accessories (such as packaging bags) must be intact.

Return Process
To request a return, please follow these steps:
Contact Customer Service: Contact our customer service team via email at thomascarpenter@dreamylinensa.store, providing your order number and the reason for the return.

Obtain Return Authorization: Our customer service team will review your application and, once the return conditions are confirmed, will send you a Return Authorization (RMA) and a return address.

Prepare the return package: Place the item and return authorization together in a package and ensure the package is securely sealed according to our instructions.

Return the item: Return the package to the return address we provided. Please keep your shipping receipt for tracking purposes.

Refund Processing
Once we receive your returned item and confirm it meets the return conditions, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.

The refund will be processed through the original payment method. If you paid by credit card, the refund will be credited to the same credit card account.

Please note that your bank may require additional processing time to reflect the refund in your account.

Exchange Policy
If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process above and specify the item you wish to exchange when contacting customer service. We will process exchanges based on stock availability upon receiving the returned item.

Important Notes

For returns due to personal reasons (such as changing one’s mind, purchasing the wrong item, etc.), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

If the return is due to a manufacturing defect or incorrect shipment, we will cover the corresponding shipping costs.
